Novatus is committed to ensuring you maximize your return investment and receive the optimal value from your contract management system. To that end, our experienced team of trainers and consultants has developed educational courses designed to drive user adoption and improve operational performance. These interactive courses are hands-on and will help your users:

  • Achieve contract and supplier management best practices
  • Learn how to apply system solution functionality to real business concepts
  • Master critical functions, such as entering and retrieving contracts, setting up and editing the user dashboard, and other specific tasks based on the user’s role

Our classes, which are conducted on-site and/or via our web-based sessions, have provided educational support to users across the globe for more than a decade.

The Novatus professional services team can tailor training to your organization’s specific needs to ensure a successful implementation, user adoption and on-going expansion and success of the application. User adoption and system success is often defined by the user’s ability to quickly, efficiently and with a minimum of frustration, locate and leverage the data and functionality that is important to their function. As a result, the Novatus approach is to identify the unique needs of each end-user group (Sourcing/Procurement, Audit/Internal Control/Compliance, Legal, Accounting, Executive, Sales, R&D, and others) and focus training to match those needs.

Implementation Workshop Training

During implementation, workshop attendees (your super users and system administrators) will gain valuable hands-on experience by directly assisting in system configuration, under the supervision of a Novatus professional services associate. Additional training sessions will be scheduled and conducted to ensure that key stakeholders and system end-users are able to confidently use the system, based on their requirements.

Train the Trainer

This intensive training program is designed to provide your organization with maximum self-sufficiency and expanded contract management capabilities. A Novatus professional services associate will work with your trainers or professional training organization to create tailored programs and supporting materials that can be used for system expansion to other departments, regions and functions, or simply institutionalize system and contract management knowledge within the organization.

Targeted Training Programs

While many different departments and functions will use the contract management system, the way in which they leverage it will often vary. As a result, we work with each group to understand their requirements and educate them on the system’s capabilities within their environment.  Training and training support materials will be developed to ensure end-users are able to perform their responsibilities within the system.

Health Check

Novatus includes a “Health Check Service” offering as a part of our professional services and technical support packages. This primarily web-based service is a highly efficient way to ensure the “health of your system” as your business needs change, technology evolves, and ongoing system upgrades and enhancements are implemented; ensuring your organization maximizes the value of Novatus Contracts each year.

The Novatus team is known for providing exemplary support and customer responsiveness.  This is a part of our history, culture and mission.    As a key component of the Novatus Contracts solution, we provide a highly experienced team of contract management support specialists to respond to questions related to the technical, functional and business aspects of our systems.
