Valerie Stanley, Chief Executive Officer

Valerie Stanley is a proven entrepreneurial strategist with more than 18 years of successful experience in contract management, software and consulting services. With Contract and Supply Chain Management business and domain expertise, and a solid record of success driving multimillion-dollar sales growth, Ms. Stanley works with some of the world's largest companies to deliver results-driven solutions across multiple verticals in highly competitive markets.

As the Novatus Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Stanley is responsible for overseeing the company's global product development, sales and marketing strategies, financial planning, and company growth. Her mission is to leverage the Novatus team's domain expertise and true customer commitment to deploy solutions that advance the contract and supplier management space.

Prior to founding Novatus, Ms. Stanley launched several companies, including The Lumino Consulting Group, a firm focused on contract and supplier management best practices. As an early founder of the contract management space, Ms. Stanley co-founded CMSI in 1999 with Steve Rosbury and the Novatus executives, delivering the industry’s first web-based contract management system in early 2000. As the VP of Sales and Marketing, CMSI achieved much success under Valerie's leadership by securing 150 major corporations in less than five years.

Prior to co-founding CMSI, Valerie held various positions, including Contracts and Business Operations Manager with the major mainframe software and services company, Candle Corporation (acquired by IBM).

Christian King, Chief Technology Officer

Christian King is highly talented software visionary with more than 10 years of direct experience in the software and contract management industry. As the CTO of Novatus, Mr. King leads the strategic technology decisions and develops innovative functionality ensuring the Novatus Contracts system has the right balance of features, structure and flexibility. Mr. King is a brilliant and extremely committed developer who understands the complexities associated with contract management through his experience developing functionality for the space since inception.

Prior to joining Novatus, Mr. King was the original developer at CMSI who architected Contract Manager in 1998, a system still widely used among some of the worlds most recognized companies. Throughout his tenure at CMSI, Mr. King led the technology decisions and development teams, architecting the application’s security.

As a senior system architect with Procuri, Inc. Mr. King managed the technical service division of Procuri, Inc. working with Procuri's largest clients on various technical and integration related projects.

Bob Gambotz, Chief Operations Officer

Bob Gambotz is a widely respected and well known technology professional who has built strong, long term relationships with some of the world's largest corporations. By providing clients with more than a decade of software delivery and support, he has continuously demonstrated an exceptional commitment to customer satisfaction.

As Chief Operations Officer, Mr. Gambotz is responsible for the development, design, operation, and improvement of Novatus' software products, data center facilities and technical support operations. Mr. Gambotz makes it a priority to understand client needs and collaborates with the development team to build solutions which meet client requirements, benefitting customers and bringing innovative solutions to the market. His focus is to deliver and support on-time, solid solutions in an intuitive and easy to use system.

Prior to Novatus, Mr. Gambotz was VP of Operations for CMSI where he was part of the original core management team and responsible for overseeing product development and delivery. In this capacity he led the roll-out of CMSI's flagship product Contract Manager and the integrated Deal Manager product to form an industry-leading Contract Lifecycle Management Solution.

As VP of Product Management for Procuri TotalContracts and TotalSupplier, Mr. Gambotz drove product functionality and integration capabilities and worked closely with Development teams to ensure client requests and enhancements were included into development plans and future releases.

Bryan Ross, Vice President of Business Solutions

Bryan Ross has more than 30 years of extensive experience in all areas of information technology, contract and asset management, and computer services. Most recently Mr. Ross led a major supply chain project for the largest US-based auto manufacturer. As the senior project manager he was responsible for successfully executing high visibility supply chain management cost savings and SOX compliance initiatives. Through his successful strategic planning and implementation of best practices methodologies the clients were able to accomplish contract compliance, ensure supplier performance, complete comprehensive spend analysis, achieve cost avoidance and realize substantial cost savings.

In his role as a Senior Professional Services Consultant with CMSI and then Procuri (now Ariba), Mr. Ross performed supplier management software implementation services for more than 100 companies across the globe for more than eight years. He led global contract and supplier management implementation projects ranging from specialized departmental projects through highly customized, long term, enterprise wide, global project for hundreds of users across diverse business units and geographies.

Prior to Procuri, Mr. Ross held numerous leadership positions at Nike, Apple Computer and Tektronix.
